I heard somewhere that to create a habit takes 21 days, we are creatures of habit and we live most of our lives on autopilot. Supermodels and beauty-queens have been telling us for years that the secret behind their looks was plenty of water and plenty of sleep. Personal trainers and doctors have told us it´s the key to healthy life and weight-loss. Over the years I´ve tried to drink more water, for the past couple of years it´s been my number 1 drink, I usually have a glass of water with every meal......still I wasn´t drinking enough. So this month my focus will be on water....every day I will measure 2 liters and aim to have them finished before I go to bed.....I´ve been doing this for couple of days now and I can already feel the difference which has made it even clearer for me that I wasn´t drinking enough before. It kind of took this man to really do something about it or maybe our paths just crossed at the right time. Are you drinking enough water?
